You are invited to participate in this performance/installation.
Actions:
To enter gallery from Oct 28th thru November 9th, you must bring
a donation of clothes, fabric, sheets, or small objects to be utilized
in the piece.
Donated materials will be recycled through artistic transformation
into new objects.
Certified Donors will be able to purchase objects from the installation beginning November 2nd at a price of $99 each.
Non-Donors will be allowed access to the gallery beginning November 10th and will be able to purchase objects at a price of $199 each.
Installation concludes November 13th.
Gallery will be open the following dates from 3pm-8pm:
October 28th - 30th November 1st- 4th November 9th - 13th
Gallery is located at 112 W. 44th Street (btw 6th and 7th avenues). Entrance at street level.

I am looking for performers for my upcoming events:
October 17th and 24th, 2009 – “Thank Thank You for Your Visit, Have a Nice Day”, Art in Odd Places:SIGN, NYC
Inspired by a uniformed attendant holding the sign “Hold the Handrail” in a Taipei metro station, I’ve created this moving installation/performance piece. In wearable sculptures of multicolored crocheted camouflage, my performers appear in various sites on 14th Street, displaying photographs of signs I’ve collected from different countries that are in emphatic, ironic or amused dialogue with their location.
Two more performances will occur on October 17th and 24th, 2-5PM along 14th street and Union Square. Please, come and find us!
